After completing medical training at the University of Adelaide in 1994, Dr Hermann obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2005. Following this he undertook a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at the renowned Fowler Kennedy Clinic (Ontario, Canada), before returning to public and private practice in Adelaide. He is a past Chairman of Orthopaedics SA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dr David Hermann is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in adult and paediatric sports injuries, particularly of the knee, shoulder and ankles.
